Plantar reflexology is an energetic form of bodywork based on ancient Chinese Medicine healing methods. Its practice naturally blends with the practice of Arts of Touch® massage, as it addresses the organic, emotional and spiritual dimensions of human beings in the same delicate and respectful manner.

During this 3-day seminar, you will explore in details the reflex zones of the feet in their somatic, emotional and spiritual dimensions. You will widen your knowledge in anatomy, discover the functional structure of the feet, open up to newer insights about body-mind–spirit mysteries, and embark on a true journey from physical envelop, to inner self, to evolving consciousness towards realization of selfhood.

Dance and Arts of Touch® foot massage will deepen your experience by focusingyour attention on the quality of your grounding.

As an auto massage technique of choice, plantar reflexology will also become for you an invaluable tool of centeredness and balance into daily life.

Often feared for its apparent lack of poetry, anatomy is however the most invaluable tool in acquiring an intimate knowledge of the structure of the human body, and will sooner or later awakens curiosity in all massage professionals.

In this deepening program, Yvelise and Ray will share with you their fascination for the human body and their deep liking for teaching applied anatomy.

You will explore anatomy in movement in a playful and lively way. This will allow you to better structure your knowledge, acquire a more pointed practice, and develop more confidence in regards to the mysteries of the body and the miracle of its functioning.

The teaching will allow you as well to reinforce the relationship with your client, while becoming familiar with a language common to all body professionals.

The theoretical aspect of the training will be supported with quality slides and anatomical charts for better visualization of bones and muscles.

Arts of Touch® massage will accompany your exploration step by step in a practical and sensitive way. You will acquire a lively and artistic vision of the skeleton, muscles and joints which carry us along in every single one of our movements.
