Open Door Days

Open Door Days have been conceived to allow you to review and/or deepen your knowledge about the nature of and specific bodywork related to the root, sacral, solar and heart chakras, as they have been integrated into the Arts of Touch® massage.

Chakras are vortexes of energy which are often directly related to anatomical structures of the human body. Specific nerve plexuses, endocrine glands, sense organs, elements, emotions, mental attitudes and levels of consciousness are all associated with them. Their opening and their harmonious activation therefore contribute to our physical, emotional, mental and energetic balance, and allow us to better understand ourselves while deepening our relationship to the self and to the universe.

Each day of the seminar, we will support you in working in detail on different aspects of each one of these areas through specific massage techniques. Your touch will become more effective and your practice will evolve towards a greater consciousness of the potential processes unfolding during the practice of massage.

According to your desires and availability, you may register to any of or as many days of this training as you wish.

Day 1	root, red, legs, hip
Day 2	sacral area, orange, pelvis, abdomen
Day 3	solar plexus, yellow, abdomen, lumbar area
Day 4	heart, green, thoracic cage, arms
