Basis Training Cycle
to the Method Arts of Touch®
Well-being Massage Practitioner Certificate
In a professional setting and an atmosphere of confidence, this training intends to teach you the foundations of the profession of massage practitioner through touch. The training will unfold gradually through a teaching both theoretical and pratical. In addition to learning the different techniques of touch, of numerous bodily practices (dance, movement, breathing, hatha yoga, aikido and meditation) will be used to allow the student to enter in intimate contact with himself.

All techniques learned during the initiation weekends will be taken and studied again in depth. The other essential themes of our teaching will be on:
- static and in movement anatomy
- psychology of touch
- contra-indications to the practice of touch
- work on intention and intuition
- verbal and non verbal communication
- bodily awareness
- bodily expression by dance and movement
- contribution of essential oils
- deontology, ethics and legislation

This multidisciplinary approach will help the participants to create their own language of touch, to develop their intuition, to clarify their intentions and to deepen the knowledge they have of themselves. The different communication exercises and bodily expression will be used to give them more confidence and freedom. To discover our own sensitivity while touching the other and to discern the body's need is a delicate art. Every participant will be individually looked after in order to develop these qualities.
Our objective is to train professionals in touching so that they in turn become educators in the art of well-being.
Only practitioners certified Arts of Touch© can use the mark and practice the method Arts of Touch©
The mark Arts of Touch© has been deposited to INPI by Ray and Clotilde Swartley.
