Initiation of the massage Arts of Touch®

During seminars of initiation, we will present to you (through technical demonstration, supervised practice and discussion) the basic techniques of the Arts of Touch® massage. We will approach also the essential points of the method which are:

> The rooting in the concept of " hara" (centre of gravity)
> The quality of contact
> Intuition
> Listening and the presence with oneself and others by the agreement of breathing
> The sacred dimension of touch
> The opening of the heart
> To release
> Body integration

You will learn how to develop a personal practice which supports the unit of the psychic and body conscience. These seminars will be also be used on occasion to present and practise various techniques of meditation and the postures making it possible to feel "connected", to avoid tiredness and to develop vital energy, the "Ki". Our program of teaching is rich in many simple exercises, resulting from both Eastern and Western traditions. Because we think that extatic dance, yoga, aikido and tai chi can strongly contribute to the creation of a fluid massage and giving a feeling of unity..

We will show you harmonious ways to move around (or even above!) the massage table and we will also introduce you to the use of essential oils, an invaluable additive to this art.

Modes of subtle communication such as certain linguistic aptitudes will be encouraged in order to support the people who give and those who receive the massage in their experimentation.

By inviting you to cultivate a benevolent and permanent listening in yourself as much as in others, we will carefully accompany you on the path of this art of massage, this " act without force" (or "non action" of the taoists) and we will explore together ways of integration in various experiments that will allow each participant to look further into his capacity to be fully present in his touch.
